Trial Date Sought by Plaintiffs Living in Chinese Drywall 'Ghost Town'

MOBILE, Ala. - Plaintiffs in a consolidated Chinese drywall case in Alabama have moved for a March 2011 trial date, claiming that their homes have become virtually uninhabitable as a result of drywall-related damage. Little, et al. v. The Mitchell Company Inc., et al., No. CV-09-901153 (Ala. Cir. Ct., Mobile Cty.).
In a motion filed Aug. 20 in Mobile County Circuit Court, the plaintiffs urge the court to set their case for trial beginning in March 2011, a date they had originally requested in a case management order last May.
