TAMPA, Fla. - Taylor Morrison Services has filed a lawsuit in Florida, claiming that a supplier it contracted with to provide drywall for homes the developer built throughout the state should ultimately bear the responsibility for damage caused by the allegedly defective product. Taylor Morrison Service Inc., et al. v. Banner Supply Co., No. 10016414 (Fla. Cir. Ct., Hillsborough Cty.).
