Taylor Morrison Sues Banner for Drywall Expenses, Damage to Reputation

TAMPA, Fla. - Taylor Morrison Services has filed a lawsuit in Florida, claiming that a supplier it contracted with to provide drywall for homes the developer built throughout the state should ultimately bear the responsibility for damage caused by the allegedly defective product.
