Ala. Plaintiffs Ask Court to Reconsider Dismissal of Drywall Personal Injury Claims

BAY MINETTE, Ala. - Plaintiffs in an Alabama state court drywall case have moved to reinstate their personal injury claims, citing a "change in landscape" since the court dismissed them from a class action they filed on behalf of drywall-affected residents throughout the state.
