BAY MINETTE, Ala. - Plaintiffs in an Alabama state court drywall case have moved to reinstate their personal injury claims, citing a "change in landscape" since the court dismissed them from a class action they filed on behalf of drywall-affected residents throughout the state. Langham, et al. v. ACE Home Center Inc., et al., No. CV-2009-900948 (Ala. Cir., Baldwin Cty.).
