Insurer Says Drywall Class Action Not Covered Under Environmental Liability Policy

MIAMI - An insurer has filed a declaratory judgment action, claiming it has no obligation to cover a Chinese drywall class action brought against a construction services firm it insured under an environmental liability policy.
