WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation has again refused to transfer insurance coverage actions to the Chinese Drywall MDL, citing the lack of centralized discovery necessary to determine the coverage obligations at issue in each case. In Re: Chinese-Manufactured Drywall Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2047 (JPML).
