Va. Plaintiffs Say Consolidation of Drywall Trials Was Proper

RICHMOND, Va. - Plaintiffs in the Virginia state court drywall litigation have responded to a petition to appeal a ruling that consolidated the cases for trial, arguing that the judge acted within her discretion and properly aligned cases that share nearly identical fact issues.
