RICHMOND, Va. - Plaintiffs in the Virginia state court drywall litigation have responded to a petition to appeal a ruling that consolidated the cases for trial, arguing that the judge acted within her discretion and properly aligned cases that share nearly identical fact issues. Venture Supply Inc., et al. v. Nguyen, et al., No. 101314 (Va. Sup. Ct.).
