NEW ORLEANS - An insurance company that fought unsuccessfully to keep its Chinese drywall declaratory judgment action out of the MDL has moved to remand the case, claiming it is identical to ones the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation refused to transfer earlier this year. Owners Insurance Co. v. Mitchell Company Inc., et al., No. 10-1036 (E.D. La.).
