NEW ORLEANS - The MDL judge has denied Banner Supply Co.'s request for an expedited hearing on a motion to halt cases brought by plaintiffs who filed duplicative claims for damages in both state and federal courts. In Re: Chinese-Manufactured Drywall Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2047 (E.D. La.).
