MDL Judge Denies Motion to Expedite Hearing on Duplicative Actions

NEW ORLEANS - The MDL judge has denied Banner Supply Co.'s request for an expedited hearing on a motion to halt cases brought by plaintiffs who filed duplicative claims for damages in both state and federal courts.
