TAMPA, Fla. - Insurers for a company that supplied drywall for use in construction of more than 30 residences built by KB Home Inc. have filed a lawsuit claiming it is not obligated to cover pre-suit claims and other requests for coverage resulting from defective drywall. Granite State Insurance Co., et al. v. American Building Materials, Inc., et al., No. 10-1542 (M.D. Fla.).
