FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. - A builder named in a Chinese drywall class action by members of a Florida condo association has sued its insurer, claiming the carrier failed to acknowledge an exception to the pollution exclusion when relying on the policy to deny coverage for the suit. JWR Construction Services Inc. v. Amerisure Insurance Co., et al., No. 10-61051 (S.D. Fla.).
