Builder Cites Exception to Pollution Exclusion in Suit Against Carrier

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. - A builder named in a Chinese drywall class action by members of a Florida condo association has sued its insurer, claiming the carrier failed to acknowledge an exception to the pollution exclusion when relying on the policy to deny coverage for the suit.
