MOBILE, Ala. - An insurer that sold marine liability policies to a Stevedore company has filed a declaratory judgment action arguing that it has no duty to cover claims that the company stored and sold allegedly defective drywall installed in several Alabama homes. American Home Assurance Co. v. Pensacola Stevedore Co., Inc., No. 10-305 (S.D. Ala.).
