MIAMI - Lennar Corp. has sued the insurer of a drywall installer the company used to build several homes throughout Florida, claiming that it breached a duty to defend and indemnify Lennar against drywall-related personal injury and property damage claims. Lennar Corp., et al. v. Nautilus Insurance Co., No. 10-21909 (S.D. Fla.).
