Lennar Sues Drywall Installer's Carrier for Coverage of Claims, Repairs

MIAMI - Lennar Corp. has sued the insurer of a drywall installer the company used to build several homes throughout Florida, claiming that it breached a duty to defend and indemnify Lennar against drywall-related personal injury and property damage claims.
