Customs Broker Denies Liability for Drywall Importation from China

NEW ORLEANS - A customs broker that oversaw the importation of allegedly defective Chinese drywall into the United States has filed a motion claiming that it cannot be held liable under any state or federal law for damage and injuries caused by the product.
