Admiral, Developer Battle in N.Y., Fla. over Coverage of Drywall Claims

NEW YORK - Admiral Insurance Co. and an insured that used Chinese drywall in the construction of a luxury residential development have filed declaratory judgment actions in New York and Florida to determine whether there is coverage for claims brought by residents in the community.
