Chartis Is Latest to Fight Transfer of Coverage Case to MDL 2047

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Chartis Specialty Insurance Co. has filed a response to a motion by Banner Supply Co. to transfer a declaratory judgment action to the Chinese Drywall Products Liability MDL, claiming the coverage suit has nothing to do with the outcome of claims filed in the coordinated proceedings.
