General Fidelity Moves to Dismiss Coverage Case, Alleges Forum Shopping

NEW ORLEANS - An insurer named in a drywall coverage action assigned to the drywall MDL judge in Louisiana has moved to dismiss the case, claiming that a nearly identical action has been pending in Florida for nine months.
