Lennar Challenges Review of Knauf Economic Loss Argument

MIAMI - A trial court ruling that denied Knauf Plasterboard (Tianjin)'s motion to dismiss drywall-related indemnification claims by builder Lennar Homes does not necessitate certiorari review and should be left alone by a state appeals court, Lennar says in a brief filed recently in Florida.
