WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - A motion for summary judgment filed by General Fidelity Insurance Co. in a Florida Chinese drywall coverage dispute has been put on hold as the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation decides for a second time whether the case belongs in the products liability MDL. General Fidelity Insurance Co. v. Foster, et al., No. 09-80743 (S.D. Fla.).
