Drywall Case Stayed After Insurer Files Motion for Summary Judgment

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - A motion for summary judgment filed by General Fidelity Insurance Co. in a Florida Chinese drywall coverage dispute has been put on hold as the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation decides for a second time whether the case belongs in the products liability MDL.
