PHOENIX - A manufacturer of American-made drywall has moved to dismiss a class action lawsuit brought against it in Arizona, arguing that the complaint is based purely on speculation and the false assumption that the product has properties similar to those found in Chinese manufactured drywall. Yee, et al. v. National Gypsum Co., et al., No. 09-8189 (D. Ariz.).
