Mid-Continent Suit Seeks Ruling on WCI, Subcontractor Drywall Coverage

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Mid-Continent Casualty Co. has filed a declaratory judgment action in Florida, claiming it has no duty to indemnify a Chinese drywall trust created in the WCI Communities bankruptcy or the subcontractors WCI used in its construction projects.
