Mid-Continent Suit Seeks Ruling on WCI, Subcontractor Drywall Coverage

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Mid-Continent Casualty Co. has filed a declaratory judgment action in Florida, claiming it has no duty to indemnify a Chinese drywall trust created in the WCI Communities bankruptcy or the subcontractors WCI used in its construction projects. Mid-Continent Casualty Co. v. Robert C. Pate, et al., No. 10-121 (M.D. Fla.).
