MIAMI - National Union Fire Insurance Co. has sued a Florida drywall installer, claiming it has no duty under three umbrella policies to defend or indemnify the insured against Chinese drywall lawsuits that have been brought against the company. National Union Fire Insurance Co. v. F. Vicino Drywall II Inc., et al., No. 10-60273 (S.D. Fla.).
