NEW ORLEANS - A Louisiana homeowner who used leftover Chinese drywall from a neighbor's home construction project to complete a job in her own residence has sued State Farm Fire & Casualty for coverage of property damage and injury allegedly caused by the materials. Sansone v. State Farm Fire & Casualty Co., No. 115-301 (La. Dist. Ct., St. Bernard Prsh.); No. 10-723 (E.D. La.).
