NEW ORLEANS - Builders, manufacturers and plaintiff homeowners have submitted varied recommendations in the Chinese drywall MDL for how damage caused by allegedly defective drywall should be remediated and repaired. In Re Chinese-Manufactured Drywall Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2047 (E.D. La.).
The recommendations were submitted in early February as part of the proceedings scheduled later in the month in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, where Judge Eldon E.
