State Farm, Liberty Mutual Urge Creation of Drywall Insurer Committee

NEW ORLEANS - A petition has been filed in the Chinese Drywall MDL that seeks the creation of a separate steering committee for insurers, who claim their interests aren't necessarily being served by the three existing committees formed since the docket's inception.
