Lennar Homes Moves for Default Judgment Against Five Defendants

MIAMI - Lennar Homes has filed motions for default judgment against five defendants named in the builder's lawsuit against manufacturers and suppliers of allegedly defective drywall used in construction of homes built by the company. Lennar Homes LLC, et al. v. Knauf Gips KG, et al., No. 09-07901-CA-23 (Fla. Cir. Ct., Miami-Dade Cty.).
The motions were filed Nov. 24 in Miami-Dade County Circuit Court and seek default judgments against defendants that have failed to make any appearances or serve "any paper on the file" as required by law.
