JPML to Again Consider Including Coverage Actions in MDL 2047

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Two months after determining that insurance coverage actions raise distinctly different issues than those being litigated in the federal drywall MDL, the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict is weighing a similar motion to send a Virginia coverage dispute to New Orleans.
