WASHINGTON, D.C. - Two months after determining that insurance coverage actions raise distinctly different issues than those being litigated in the federal drywall MDL, the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict is weighing a similar motion to send a Virginia coverage dispute to New Orleans. In re: Chinese Drywall Litigation, MDL No. 2047; Builders Mutual Insurance Co. v. Dragas Management Corp., et al., No. 09-185 (E.D. Va.).
