MIAMI - The judge overseeing coordinated state Chinese drywall litigation in Florida has issued an order denying several motions brought by distributor defendants to dismiss claims brought by residents seeking damages for defective drywall installed in their homes. In Re: Chinese Drywall Litigation, No. 09-200000-CA-42 (Fla. Cir. Ct., Miami-Dade Cty.).
