NEW ORLEANS - Louisiana homeowners have sued three insurance companies, claiming they are jointly and severally liable for coverage of damages caused by Chinese drywall that the residents installed in their own home. Bourgeois v. Allstate Indemnity Co., et al., No. 115-131 (La. Dist. Ct., St. Bernard Prsh.); No. 10-52 (E.D. La.).
