La. Homeowners Seek Joint, Several Liability for Coverage of Drywall Damage

NEW ORLEANS - Louisiana homeowners have sued three insurance companies, claiming they are jointly and severally liable for coverage of damages caused by Chinese drywall that the residents installed in their own home.
