NEW ORLEANS — Knauf and the Plaintiffs Steering Committee have filed briefs opposing a motion by North River Insurance Co. to lift several stays in the Chinese Drywall MDL and realign parties in advance of a November trial involving the excess insurer. In Re: Chinese-Manufactured Drywall Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2047 (E.D. La.).
