Parties Settle Dispute over Potential Impact of Early Drywall Trial

NEW ORLEANS - Defendants in a Virginia class action chosen by MDL counsel as one of the first Chinese drywall cases to go to trial in early 2010 have settled a dispute over whether the outcome will affect their position in the litigation.
