LAS VEGAS - Plaintiffs have filed an amended class action complaint on behalf of dozens of Nevada homeowners who claim to have suffered damages as a result of domestically and internationally manufactured "toxic" drywall. Moniz, et al. v. US Home Corp., et al., No. A-09-597564 (Nev. Dist. Ct., Clark Cty.).
The amended complaint was filed Oct. 26 in Clark County District Court and includes new allegations against three developers, Georgia-Pacific Gypsum and its parent company, as well as several unnamed distributors and sellers of Chinese-made drywall.
