Retailer Requests Dismissal of MDL Drywall Claims Under Ala. Law

NEW ORLEANS - A discount home center has filed a motion in the federal MDL asking the court to apply Alabama's Economic Loss Rule and dismiss property damage claims against all retailers named in Chinese drywall lawsuits brought under Alabama law.
