Louisiana Drywall Plaintiff Moves to Remand MDL Case to State Court

NEW ORLEANS - A plaintiff in a Louisiana drywall case has filed a motion to remand, claiming she has established the possibility of recovery against the company that built her home and against the supplier of the allegedly defective product.
