WASHINGTON, D.C. - An insurance company that filed a declaratory judgment action against a general contractor-insured is fighting efforts to transfer the case from Florida to the federal Chinese Drywall MDL in Louisiana, citing marked differences in the way the two states interpret insurance policies and determine coverage obligations.
