Insurer Seeks Coverage Ruling For Class Claims Against Drywall Supplier

MACON, Ga. - An insurer that wrote policies to a drywall supplier has filed a declaratory judgment action in Georgia, claiming it has no duty to defend or indemnify the company against a lawsuit brought by a builder that used the product to build homes throughout the Southeastern United States.
