MACON, Ga. - An insurer that wrote policies to a drywall supplier has filed a declaratory judgment action in Georgia, claiming it has no duty to defend or indemnify the company against a lawsuit brought by a builder that used the product to build homes throughout the Southeastern United States. Owners Insurance Co., et al. v. The Mitchell Company Inc., et al., No. 09-374 (M.D. Ga.).
