NEW ORLEANS - An order entered Nov. 3 in the federal Chinese Drywall MDL indicates that manufacturer Knauf Plasterboard (Tianjin) Co. has agreed to waive its rights to demand service of process under the Hague Convention for plaintiffs who join an omnibus class action expected to be filed in early December. In re: Chinese-Manufactured Drywall Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2047 (E.D. La.).
