Mitchell Co. Adds Hardware and Drywall Companies as 3rd-Party Defendants

MOBILE, Ala. - The Mitchell Company Inc. has filed a third-party complaint against a drywall installer and hardware company it says is liable for Chinese drywall-related damage alleged by homeowners in an Alabama subdivision built by the company. Little, et al. v. The Mitchell Company Inc., et al., No. CV-09-901153 (Ala. Cir. Ct., Mobile Cty.).
