MIAMI - A drywall installer has filed a motion to dismiss claims brought against it by Lennar Homes, arguing that allegations in the homebuilder's lawsuit fail to include any specific information about the homes it says have been affected by the allegedly defective drywall. Lennar Homes LLC, et al. v. Knauf Gips KG, et al., No. 09-07901-CA-23 (Fla. Cir. Ct., Miami-Dade Cty.).
