Drywall Supplier Asks Court to Deny Pre-Discovery Class Cert. Motion

COVINGTON, La. - A supply company named in a developer's Chinese drywall class action has asked a state court judge to deny the putative class' recent certification attempt because it was filed prior to discovery on any issue raised in the complaint.
