Developer Gets Relief from Housing Authority's Summary Judgment Effort

MOBILE, Ala. - An Alabama state court judge has, for now, refused to award summary judgment to a housing authority that claimed a developer it sued for using Chinese drywall in a city construction project admitted in other federal proceedings that it used the defective wallboard.
