MOBILE, Ala. - An Alabama state court judge has, for now, refused to award summary judgment to a housing authority that claimed a developer it sued for using Chinese drywall in a city construction project admitted in other federal proceedings that it used the defective wallboard. Housing Authority of the City of Prichard Alabama v. The Mitchell Company Inc., No. 02-CV-2009-901118.00 (Ala. Cir. Ct., Mobile Cty.).
