BAY MINETTE, Ala. - Two Knauf entities have filed a motion to quash process of an Alabama state court Chinese drywall complaint after plaintiffs attempted to serve Knauf Insulation GmbH, which the motion says is neither a subsidiary nor agent of the named defendants. Loftis v. Knauf Gips KG, et al., No. 09-323 (Ala. Cir. Ct., Baldwin Cty.).
