BAY MINETTE, Ala. - Plaintiffs who filed a Chinese drywall case in Alabama state court have filed an application for default judgment against Knauf Gips KG and Knauf Plasterboard, arguing that neither have responded to the complaint since it was served in June. Loftis, et al. v. Knauf Gips KG, et al., No. 2009-000323 (Ala. Cir. Ct., Baldwin Cty.).
