BAY MINETTE, Ala. - An Alabama state court Chinese drywall case may be the first in the nation to be heard by a jury if the case's November trial setting remains intact. Loftis v. Knauf GIPS KG, et al., No. CV09-323 (Ala. Cir. Ct., Baldwin Cty.).
