Builders Request Formation of Separate Committee in Drywall MDL

NEW ORLEANS - Saying their interests are more aligned with homeowners than with manufacturers, homebuilders in the Chinese Drywall MDL have requested that a separate steering committee be formed to best serve the consolidated proceedings' dual aims of efficiency and justice.
