NORFOLK, Va. - An additional insured named on policies issued to a drywall installer has filed a third-party complaint seeking coverage for claims alleging damages caused by defective imported drywall. Builders Mutual Insurance Co. v. Dragas Management Corp., et al., No. 09-185 (E.D. Va.).
Dragas Management Corp. filed the complaint July 6 in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia as part of a declaratory judgment action in which it has been named a defendant by another insurer, Builders Mutual Insurance Co.
