September 2010 Trial Date Set for Florida Drywall Class Action

MIAMI - A Florida judge has issued an order setting what is believed to be the first trial date for a case alleging damages caused by defective drywall. Harrell, et al. v. South Kendall Construction Corp., et al., No. 09-08401-CA-01 (Fla. Cir. Ct., Miami-Dade Cty.).

Judge Gill S. Freeman of the Miami-Dade County Circuit Court signed a Case Management Order June 25, calling the class action for a 7 to 10 day trial beginning Sept. 24, 2010.
