Louisiana Lawyers Appointed Liaison Counsel in Drywall MDL

NEW ORLEANS - Two attorneys from Louisiana have been chosen by the Chinese-Made Drywall MDL Court to act as liaison counsel for the federal consolidated docket now pending in New Orleans. In Re: Chinese-Manufactured Drywall Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 2047 (E.D. La.).

In orders entered July 2, Judge Eldon E. Fallon of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana said that both appointees are "qualified to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the position."
