Federal Chinese-Made Drywall MDL Lands in Louisiana

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPML) released an order June 15, indicating that the federal Chinese-made drywall MDL will be docketed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. In Re: Chinese-Manufactured Drywall Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2047 (JPML).
