TAMPA, Fla. - A federal judge heard argument May 12 related to a class action plaintiffs' effort to prevent a Florida homebuilder from contacting potential class members with offers to replace Chinese drywall used in the construction of their homes. Culliton v. Taylor Morrison Services, et al., No. 09-589 (M.D. Fla.).
