FT. MYERS, Fla. — A federal judge in Florida has entered judgment in favor of drywall manufacturer National Gypsum Co. (NGC) after ruling that the plaintiffs’ allegations of damage and personal injury caused by the product can no longer be supported by experts called to testify in the case. Brucker, et al. v. Lowe’s Home Centers Inc., et al., No. 10-405; Brincku, et al. v. National Gypsum Co., No. 11-338 (M.D. Fla.).
